6-8 tomatillos
3 pounds green tomatoes
4 fresh jalapeņos
4 teaspoons salt
4 teaspoons fresh garlic
2-3 avocados
2 cups cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the tomatillos in water until tender.
Chop green tomatoes in a food processor
Add tomatillos and set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in food processor and chop finely; add to tomato mixture. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips or crackers!
Makes 8 cups.
