1 lb. salmon cut into equal portions
1 T cider vinegar
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 T. lemon juice
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. Arrange a single layer of salmon in a shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour half of the sauce mixture over the fish. Bake for 20 minutes, basting with remaining sauce occasionally. Sprinkle with paprika & chopped parsley, if desired.
