"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Personal Notes:
Grandma Jean is what we call Chris' mom who died of cancer in August, 1994, 11 months before we were married. She never got to meet her 5 grandsons and sole granddaughter here on Earth, but we look forward to the Great Reunion! I love that my kids can enjoy something tangible connected to such a godly lady who was a wonderful mother to my husband!
