3 lb beef rump roast
1/2 c soy sauce
1 beef bouillon cube or 1 tsp. beef bouillon
1 bay leaf
3-4 peppercorns
1 tsp garlic powder
2 yellow onions, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Add water to come at least halfway over the meat. Cover. Cook on low for 10-12 hours. Remove roast & onions and shred beef. Serve on deli rolls topped with onions. We also add a slice of provolone cheese. Use juice in the slow cooker for a dipping sauce on the side.
