1/2 cup cornmeal
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons baking powder
1 egg
2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons melted butter
2/3 cup milk

1Beat together until light; 1 egg and 2 tabs sugar; 3 tabs melted butter; 2/3 cup milk.2Stir in flour, cornmeal and salt.3Beat some more and add 3 tabs baking powder.4Put in greased tins and bake 30 minutes in 350 oven
