8 large baking sized potatoes
1/3 C. chopped green pepper
1/3 C. chopped pimento
1/3 C. chopped onion
4 T. butter
3/4 t. of both salt and pepper
2 C. milk
2 C. grated American cheese




Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes, then peel and cube them. Add salt and pepper and melted butter to potatoes then mix in cheese, onion, green pepper and red pimento, then milk. Put in 9 X 13 baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes, until bubbly in center and lightly browned.
