8 qts. milk (whole dairy milk)
4 eggs
1 c. flour
1 cake of rennet(soak in a little warm water)
Cardamen
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour in a little cold milk to make a thin paste. Add the flour mixture to milk. Mix in the rennett. Stir until it begins to thicken. Then let stand a while(1 hour) Pour off whey. Put in buttered pan and then pour 1 c. cream and 1 c. sugar, beaten eggs and almond extract over top. Put cardamen on top and bake at 350º for 1 hour or more until nice and brown.
