3/4 c. rice
1/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 qt. whole milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice in boiling water. Drain off water. While cooking rice, bring to boil milk, salt and sugar. Then put rice in milk mixture and cook for 1/2 hour or until done. Add 2 eggs whipped, stir them into mixture then take off.
