1 (10.75 oz.) cans of milk
1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomato
1 can tomato sauce
1 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. fresh basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients. Bring to simmer on stove top. Simmer 40 minutes.
