(2) Cans diced tomatoes

1/2 bunch of garden onions

Minced garlic (1 tsp)

½ jar of green olives

½ bunch of cilantro

Few fresh Carrots

Peppers (jalapeño, banana, Serrano, Tabasco)
However you want to mix them

Add a little season salt for taste

Blend all ingredients in a blender until chunky. Simmer low on stove for about 20 minutes until flavors blended.
When cool refrigerate
