1 lb ground beef, extra lean
1 pkg Gold Star chili seasoning mix
4 oz tomato paste
6 c water
16 oz pkg thin spaghetti (cooked according to package directions)

Directions:
Directions:
Stir ground beef, water, tomato paste, and spice packet and bring to boil. Cover pot and boil 3 minutes. Uncover pot, reduce heat to medium, and continue to boil until desired thickness (approx. 25-35 minutes).

Makes 8 servings with 1/2 cup cooked spaghetti and 1/2 cup chili.

For 400 calories per meal, serve with 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 2 tablespoons red beans, and 10 oyster crackers (or substitute 5 more oyster crackers in place of beans).
