2 lb. hamburger
1 T. salt
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 c. milk
1/4 c. grated onions
2 eggs, beaten
1 T. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 can beef consomme

Directions:
Directions:
Mix bread crumbs and milk. Add all except consomme and make into balls. Roll in flour. Brown in small amount of fat and line up in medium pan. Pour consomme over balls and bake about an hour at 350º
