2 eggs
2/3 c. crisco oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon rind
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

extra sugar, butter and m&m's

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg. Stir in oil, vanilla and rind. Blend in sugar. Sift and stir in flour, baking powder and salt. Create balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Using a juice glass that has been dipped in melten butter and then in sugar, flatten the balls to make cookies. Place 3 m&m's in each cookie in a triangle pattern. Bake 8-10 minutes at 400.
