2 T vegetable oil
1 large sweet or yellow onion, halved and thinly slilced
1/2 tsp salt
Ground black pepper
16 oz. plain Greek yoguyt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 -1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a heavy skillet and add onion. Cook on low stirring until onion is jam-like and carmelized, about 45 minutes. Season with salt & pepper and place in a small bowl. Cover and place in freezer about 20 minutes.
Place in food processor and puree. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
