3 lbs. chicken breasts
6-7 large carrots peeled & cut into small pieces
6-8 large potato's peeled and cut into small pieces
1 large onion cut into small pieces
1 can 7-Up or Sprite
5-6 slices bacon
2 cups grated mild cheese
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1-2 bay leafs

Directions:
Directions:
Place uncooked bacon on bottom of 12"Dutch Oven. Add chicken breasts, salt & pepper,bay leafs, potatoes, carrots & onions. Pour 1 can 7Up or Sprite over the top. Add cheese.

Cook over coals. (18 on top 12 on the bottom.) Add coals so they are always hot. Cook for approximately 2 hours or until chicken & vegetables are cooked thoroughly. (Cooking time will vary with how large your vegetables and chicken are cut)
