1 12 oz. pkg semi sweet chocolate bits
1/2 C. creme de cocoa
6 eggs separated
1/8 t. cream of tarter
1/4 C. sugar




Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and stir in liquor until smooth. Take off heat and beat in egg yolks one at a time. Cool to room temperature. Beat egg whites with sugar and cream of tarter until stiff and fold into chocolate. Pour into serving glasses and chill.

Eloise: "I always double the recipe. One recipe makes 4 to 6 small servings."

Aunt Eloise frequently made this recipe, filled plain or chocolate crepes with the mousse, drizzled chocolate glaze over them and topped each with whipped cream. Often requested by all her nieces!
