1 1/4 C. flour
6 T. cold unsalted butter, cut into bits
2 T. cold vegetable shortening
1/4 t. salt
2 T. ice water

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl blend the flour, butter, shortening and salt until the mixture resembles meal. Add 2 T. of the ice water, toss the mixture until the water is incorporated, adding more ice water if necessary to form dough and form dough into a ball. Dust the dough with flour and chill it, wrapped in wax paper for one hour.
