1 - 15 oz. can of Black Beans
1 - 15-1/4 oz. can of White Corn
1 - 14-1/2 oz. can of diced tomatoes (Linda uses Rotel)
1 - 15 oz. can of mixed veggies
1 - 19 oz. Progresso Minestrone Soup

Directions:

Dump undrained cans into soup pot. Heat and Eat!
17 Weight Watcher points for the entire pot of soup. Makes 9 servings.
