1 C. yellow cornmeal
1 C. flour
1/4 C. sugar
2 1/4 t. baking powder
2 t. salt
1 3/4 C. heavy cream
2 extra large eggs, divided
9 T. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, mix the cream, egg yolks and melted butter. Stir into the dry ingredients until well mixed. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the other ingredients. Pour into two lightly greased 8-inch pans and bake at 425 for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden.
