3 lbs. sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 lb. onion,chopped
2 lb. bell peppers, chopped
1 can (6oz) tomato paste
1 t. ground cumin
1/2 t. oregano
1 T. dried cilantro
1 can (7 oz) diced green chiles
2 T. white wine vinegar
14 1/2 oz. beef broth
1 T. white sugar
2 T. chili powder or to taste

Combine all ingredients in large kettle. Simmer on low for 10 to 12 hours or overnight.
