5 Russet potatoes
6 hard boiled eggs
1/2 yellow onion
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1/4 to 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon dill weed
Garlic salt to taste
Paprika to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 5 russet potatoes until soft with skin. Hard boil 6 eggs. Brown 1/2 yellow onion with 1 teaspoon chopped garlic until soft. Cut potatoes into bite size pieces when cool. Pour warm onion with garlic mixture over potatoes. Dice eggs then add to the potato onion garlic mixture

Stir in 1/4 to 1/2 cup mayonnaise. Add garlic salt and paprika to taste along with the dill weed, then stir all ingredients. This salad can be served either warm or cold.
