3 Tbsp. hoison sauce
1 tsp. chili paste with garlic
1/3 C. soy or tamari sauce
1 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. dark sesame oil
2 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger
1/4 C. orange marmalade
8 chicken thighs, skinned

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. Whisk in marmalade until smooth. Put chicken into a 1 gallon freezer bag. Add mixture, close bag and squish with hands to coat. Put in refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight. Pour mixture on cookie sheet lined with foil. Bake at 400º for 50-55 minutes or until juices run clear.
