8 oz. crimini mushrooms
8 oz. sweet, mild Italian mushrooms
1/3 C. bread crumbs
1/4 C. shredded Parmesan cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
extra Parmesan cheese for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Set stems aside. Place mushrooms on a cookie sheet, stemmed side up. Bake at 375º for 10 minutes. Chop mushroom stems and mix with sausage, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Fill cooked mushroom caps with meat mixture and return to oven for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle remaining cheese during the last 5 minutes of baking.
