1 yellow cake mix
1 cube butter
1/8 C. brown sugar, packed
2 medium apples, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 16 oz. container sour cream
2 eggs
2/3 C. oatmeal
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix and butter until crumbly. Remove 2/3 C. of mix to another bowl and add brown sugar, 1/3 C. oatmeal and cinnamon (for topping). Press remaining mixture into greased 8x8 pan. Arrange apples over base. Blend sour cream, 1/3 C. oatmeal and eggs. Spread over apples. Sprinkle topping over everything in the dish. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
