3-5 pounds Boston butt (pork)
2 pkg menudo seasoning
1-2 15.4 oz can hominy(white or yellow)
2 clove garlic
half white onion chopped
1 bundle celontro (leaves chopped)
4-5 serrano pprs chopped

Directions:
Cut pork into decent bite size pieces. ( will reduce while cooking) an place into a BIG pot. Cook over medium heat until the juices from the meat has released to cover itself as much as possible then add water until the meat is completely submerged. Add menudo seasoning, garlic, onion, and hominy and cook until meat is nice and tender. Add water as needed to keep the meat submerged. (varies)

Cook time for me is 4-5 hours. I start off at a good boil after the water is added the reduce to low and slowly cook the soup. When ready to eat add celontro and pprs to bowl and enjoy with corn tortilla's.
