5 pound standing rib roast 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup salad oil 2 1/2 tbsp lemon-pepper seasoning
1/2 cup red wine vinegar 1 clove garlic, minced
4 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tsp chopped parsley
1/2 cup Dale's steak sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Pierce roast all over with long-pronged fork. Marinate roast in the above mixture for 3 days, turning every day.
Method of prep: preheat oven to 450º. Place roast in shallow, open pan.
Roast 25 minutes; baste with marinade & roast 25 minutes longer for rare roast.
