1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup soft butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1-1/2 cup flour
1 egg
1 bag of Hershey Kisses
Directions:
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, mix peanut butter, butter, egg, and sugars together.
2. Once smooth, add powder, soda, salt, and flour.
3. Mix for 2 minutes.
4. Using a well greased mini muffin pan, place dough in 1/2 way full.
5. Bake on 350º for 12-15 minutes or until done. Wait 5 minutes, then remove cookies from pan.
6. Place a Hershey Kiss in the middle!
