1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup raisins
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream butter, shortening, sugar, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves and salt stir into sugar mixture. Stir in oats and raisins. Drop onto cookie sheets. Bake 10 minutes.
