2 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup butter
1/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 (3.5 oz) pkg instant chocolate pudding mix
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 (6oz) pkg peanut butter chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Lightly grease baking sheets. Combine flour and baking soda in bow. Beat the butter, sugars and instant pudding with an electric mixer in a large bowl until smooth. Beat the first egg into the batter until completely blended, and then beat in he vanilla with the last egg. Mix in the flour mixture until just incorporated. Fold in the peanut butter chips; mixing just enough to evenly combine. Drop spoonfuls of the dough 2" apart onto sheets. Bake until edges of the cookies become golden brown 9-12 minutes. Cool 10 mins before removing to cool on a wire rack.
