2 cups dried lima beans
1/4 lb bacon (small pieces)
1 medium sliced onion
1/4 cup light molasses
2 tbsp chili sauce
1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp salt
1 tsp mustard
1 cup tomato juice

Directions:
Directions:
Wash beans, soak overnight. Simmer in same water about half hour. Drain reserve liquid. Heat oven. Place beans, bacon, onion in bean pot in layers. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over beans, adding enough liquid to cover beans. Cover and bake 4-6 hours until tender. Uncover last half hour to brown.
