1 cup grated American cheese
2 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp worchestershire sauce
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 tbsp minced parsley
1/3 cup deviled ham
2 egg whites
1/3 cup fine cracker crumbs
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 8 ingredients together thoroughly folding stiffly beaten egg whites. Drop by 1/2 tsp full into cracker crumbs and shape into small balls. Fry in hot deep fat 380º until brown about 1 minute. Remove and drain. Serve hot or cold
