1 cup sugar
1/2 cup hot water
2/3 cup Karo (white)
1 tbsp grated orange rind
2 egg whites
pinch of salt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, syrup and water. Heat stirring until sugar is dissolved. Then boil without stirring to 244º-248º. Beat egg white until stiff then slowly add hot syrup beating at high speed until thick and fluffy. Add salt and vanilla. Gently fold in mayonnaise and rind. If thickens more then desired fold in 1-2 tbsp mayonnaise or 1-2 tsp water.
