3 pkgs lemon jello
3 large bananas
1 large can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 pkg mini marshmallows
2 cups boiling water
4 cups cold water

Topping
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp flour
1 egg (well beaten)
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 tbsp butter
1/2 pt whipped cream
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in boiling water, add cold water. After 1/2 hour add pineapple, another 1/2 hour add bananas and marshmallows.

Topping: Mix and cook first 4 ingredients until thick remove from heat, add butter, after cool blend with whipped cream. May decorate with marshmallows, cherries or mint leaves.
