1 box powdered milk (makes 8 quarts)
1.5 lb. or 2 lb. box of instant chocolate drink mix
12 oz. jar of non-dairy creamer
1 lb. powdered sugar

Mix all ingredients together. Note - you will need a very large container to mix the ingredients listed. I have tried to find smaller quantities of the ingredients, but they're not easy to find. Once they are acquired, it could be cut in half to make mixing easier.
For a cup of hot chocolate, fill cup one-fourth to one-third with mix, then add hot water (even boiling if you like)

This recipe makes about 50+ servings. If put in reasonably sized jars for gifts, it should make enough to fill about 8 medium-sized jars.
