3-4 chicken breasts, boiled and cubed
1 T minced onion
1 (15 oz) can chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken & mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can Ro-Tel (pick your spice level)
1 sm can mushrooms, chopped (optional)
12 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
14-16 oz thin spaghetti, cooked

Mix all together and pour into greased 9x13 pan. Cover and bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly.

Good for dividing and freezing in smaller portions.
