Syrup:
¾ C cider vinegar
1 tsp water
½ C sugar
1 tsp salt and pepper

Main portion:
1 can garbonzo beans
1 can black eyed peas
1 can black beans
2 cans shoepeg corn
2 (4 oz.) cans green chilis
1 (2 oz) can chopped pimentos
1 C chopped celery
1 C chopped red onion
1 C chopped green pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bring all syrup ingredients together and boil until sugar dissolves.

Mix all the other ingredients together and pour syrup over the top. Can also add hot sauce, cilantro, or jalapenos)
