Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Wes got this recipe in 2000 when he bought a hot wings and turkey fryer and pot set. I have been eating this chili ever since meeting him. We make it every year at least once for tailgating at the Bears' games and several times throughout the fall and winter. In our opinions, it is the best chili ever!
