2 1/2 cups of flour
3/4 cup of sugar
4 eggs
pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups of almonds
lemon grind
1 tbls vanilla
1 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder together in one bowl. Mix eggs and vanilla, lemon grind, mix together. Add almonds. Knead everything until it forms a log. Put log on baking tray, pat it down so it gets wide. bake at 350 for 20 minutes take out and let it cool, when it cools down cut strips and put back on baking tray, bake for 10 mins and then flip them over and let them bake for another 10 minutes and let cool.
