Deep dish frozen pie crust, or homemade.

Favorite meats and veggies (chopped ham, mushrooms, drained spinach, onions, etc).
Grated cheese (cheddar, pepper jack, your preference)
16 ounces cottage cheese
4 eggs
1 Tbs spicy dark mustard
1 Tbs milk

Directions:
Directions:
Layer in bottom of uncooked crust, your favorite meat, veggies, cheese in bottom of uncooked crust. Top with a generous layer of grated cheese.
Mix cottage cheese, egg, spicy mustard and milk in a blender, or mixer to break up cottage cheese lumps. Pour egg mixture over top of meat, veggies, cheese. Bake at 375ºF for 50 to 60 minutes, until puffed and browned. Make this ahead and freeze in a ziplock bag until you need it, thaw and reheat.
