1 c. Crisco, 1 tsp. salt, 1 c. brown sugar, 1 1/2 c. flour, 1 c. white sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 2 eggs, 3 c. oats, and 1 tsp. soda.
Directions:
Directions:
Mix Crisco, brown sugar, white sugar, and eggs together. Combine soda, salt, and flour. Add dry ingredients to mixture. Add Vanilla. Stir in oats. Optional 1 c. nuts or raisins. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased pan. Preheat oven to 375º. Bake for 10 minutes or less.
