CHEESE SAUCE:
2 T. butter
1/4c. flour
2c. whole milk
1/4-1/3 grated sharp cheddar
1/4-1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4t. salt
1/2t. Worcestershire
SANDWICH:
8 slices white toast with trimmed crust
1lb. turkey breast
8 slices tomato
8 slices bacon partially cooked or 1/4lb. baked country ham thinly sliced.
4 oz. grated Parmesan cheese.

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan, blend in flour. Add milk, cheeses and seasoning stirring constantly until smooth and thickened. Set aside.
Cut toast in triangles and put in baking dish. Arrange turkey slices on toast and cover with hot cheese sauce. Top with tomato and bacon or ham. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake at 400º until bubbly. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
