1 med. container grape tomatoes
1 med. container baby bocconcini
1 med. container kalamata olives (pitted)
1 med. glass marinated artichokes

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse grape tomatoes and let dry
Drain baby bocconcini and let dry
Take artichokes out of glass and drain marinade into cup
Let kalamata olives drain and rinse slightly if very salty (they all have a different salt content)
Mix all the above ingredients in a large bowl, add some of the artichoke marinade as dressing and adjust with salt & pepper to your liking.
Can only be improved, if served with rolled up slices of "Abruzzo salami" and some red wine.

If you could stay away from tasting the salad over and over, it might be enough for 4 people.
The amounts can be doubled & tripled any time.
It will keep in the fridge all week long. Take out early, so it can warm up to room temperature before serving.
