Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 c. corn starch
1 c. cold water
4.5 c. boiling water
food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the corn starch with the cold water and stir together. Pour in the boiling water one cup at a time and stir between each cup. It goes really strange (you are basically mixing a hot oobleck goop) but keep stirring and it literally seems to "melt" into a wonderful, custard-like consistency. Separate it into individual plastic before adding coloring.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This makes a TON of paint. I have been storing the extra on the counter in airtight containers. You may want to half the recipe. Also, since it is cornstarch and water, it dries kind of crumbly. But as long as you don't mind that, it is a fun way to pass the time!
