Ingredients:
2 C. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine, cut into 1/4 inch pieces
1/2 C. grated cheddar cheese
3/4 C. buttermilk
1 package hot dogs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Lightly spray baking sheet.

Stir all dry ingredients together. Cut butter or margarine into this until it is crumbly (like when making pie crust). Gently toss grated cheese into dry mixture. Pour buttermilk into the dry ingredients and make into a ball.

Roll the dough to a thin sized rectangle. I use a pizza wheel to cut the dough big enough to wrap around a hot dog.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
