2/3 c. sugar, 1/4 c. flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, 2 c. milk, 2 eggs separated, 1 tsp. vanilla, vanilla wafer's 6 ripe banana's sliced.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, flour, and salt in a bowl. Stir in milk. Stir in lightly beaten egg yolk's. Pour into boiler. Place on stove and stir until thickened. Cook on medium heat. Remove from heat after the mixture is thick. Add vanilla. Pour over readied vanilla wafer's and cut up banana's. Layer vanilla wafer's and banana's prior to cooking pudding. Beat egg white's stiff but not dry. Gradually add 4 tbsp. sugar and beat until stiff peak form's. Pour on top of pudding. Place in a 425º oven and bake 5 min.
