1 c. butter, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. brown sugar, 2 c. plain flour, 2 tsp. baking soda, 2 1/2 c. blended oatmeal (measure oatmeal and blend to fine powder), 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 12 oz. choc. ships, 4 oz. Hershey bar (grated), 2 eggs, 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans, and 1 tsp. vanilla.

Cream the butter and both sugars. In separate bowl, mix flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and baking soda together. Add the eggs and vanilla to the butter/sugar mixture and then add in the flour mixture until blended. Add chocolate chips, grated Hershey bar and nuts. Roll into balls and place 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes at 375º.
