Tart Pastry (9")
3 eggs slightly beaten
3/4 cup sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup dark corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup pecans
1 cup heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 9" pan with pastry dough. Mix eggs, sugar, salt, corn syrup and vanilla. Blend well. Stir in pecans. Pour into the lined pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 425º. Reduce heat to 350º and bake another 35 minutes. Serve with unsweetened whipped cream.
