1 pound breakfast sausage
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves minced garlic
40 small white mushrooms
Sprinkle of parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF 2. Remove stems from mushrooms, and chop into very small pieces. 3. Crumble and cook sausage until browned, add mushroom stems, bread crumbs, cheese, garlic and spices.4. Place mushroom caps on a baking sheet and fill with sausage stuffing. Bake 15-20 minutes until mushrooms are tender.
