Ingredients:
Ingredients:
At least 1 chopped hard-boiled egg for every 1-2 potatoes. I use about a dozen good sized potatoes.
1 cup of diced celery
1/2 cup of diced onion
lots of diced sweet pickle, probably
1/4 cup at least..not relish

Dressing:
Miracle Whip
Mustard--yellow or horseradish type
1 tsp or so of sugar
a bit of pickle juice to thin
a bit of milk if still too thick or until
taste is right.
salt, pepper, celery seed and
paprika

This is still the way we make Potato Salad; but never use a specific recipe. Mom insisted on LOTS of eggs, pickle and pickle juice to thin it with.
