Cold Pack:
1 c uncooked rice
1/2 c water
1/2 c rubbing alcohol
2 quart bags
2-3 drops of food coloring

Hot Pack:
1-2 cups rice, millet or beans
1 sock or cloth bag

Directions:
Directions:
Cold Pack:
1. Mix rice, water, alcohol and food coloring together
2. Place mixture into one ziplock bag and seal
3. Place sealed bag with mixture into second ziplock bag
4. Place in freezer and freeze until frozen
5. Once frozen wrap in towel and apply to injured area

Hot Pack:
1. Pour rice, millet or beans into the sock or bag
2. Tie or sew up the end
3. Microwave for 30 seconds
4. Place on injury
